Positive Activities for Young People (PAYP)

PAYP was introduced in England in 2003 to provide young people with constructive activities during holiday periods. The target group are 8 to 19 year olds who are deemed to be at risk of involvement in offending and anti-social behaviour. On-going support is provided through key workers.
