Millennium Volunteers: the National Picture

Responsibility for the Management of Millennium Volunteers passed from the Government Office to V (a charity promoting all youth volunteering) from 1st April 2007.

The Millennium Volunteers programme is a Government-funded initiative for young people aged 16–24 who want to give their time volunteering on local projects that are of benefit to their community.
